PULLET BUSINESS MANAGER
Oversee all functions of the pullet program including but not limited to, ensuring a safe work environment, managing employees, and achieving company pullet cost objectives. Work in conjunction with Pullet Field Manager and Human Resources on employee issues. Schedule and distribute production information as to placements, moves, vaccinations, costs and all other animal husbandry information. Follow Company Bio-Security procedures, ability to read, understand and effectively communicate information through writing and speaking so others will understand. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Must be a self-starter and able to work with a team to accomplish overall goals of the company. Must have computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
